Agadir to Marrakech Day Trip

We begin your Agadir to Marrakech day trip early in the morning, around 6:30 AM. Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or riad in Agadir. You’ll travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle with a friendly driver who knows the road well. As we leave the coast behind, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the countryside, hills, and small villages. We usually make a short stop halfway through the trip, in a local café near Chichaoua, where you can stretch your legs or enjoy a quick tea.

By around 10:00 AM, we arrive in the magical city of Marrakech. The first stop is the famous Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in the city, known for its tall minaret and beautiful gardens. From there, we walk to the lively Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where you’ll see snake charmers, storytellers, and market stalls full of colors, sounds, and smells.

Next, we guide you through the old Medina, where you can explore the narrow streets and visit traditional Moroccan shops. You’ll have a chance to buy handmade crafts, spices, and souvenirs. After that, we take you to see one of the historical sites either the Bahia Palace, with its lovely tiles and courtyards, or the Saadian Tombs, known for their rich decoration.

Around 1:00 PM, we stop for lunch in a traditional restaurant. You’ll get the chance to taste delicious Moroccan food like tagine, couscous, or pastilla. After lunch, if you choose, you can visit the peaceful Majorelle Garden, a famous place filled with exotic plants, blue buildings, and calm spaces (entry ticket not included).

By around 3:30 PM or 4:00 PM, we begin the drive back to Agadir. Along the way, you can relax, watch the sunset over the mountains, or even take a short nap. We arrive back in Agadir by 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and drop you off at your hotel with great memories from the day.
